WHAT IS A PRODRUG?

A prodrug is a molecule with little or no pharmacological activity that, through enzymatic or chemical reactions, or a combination of both, is converted in vivo into an active parent molecule. In case of NB-DMT its a chemical reaction. Heat is causing NB-DMT to split apart into DMT and residues. 1S-LSD, 1T-LSD, 1D-LSD, 1V-LSD, 1cP-LSD, 1P-LSD, 1A-LSD (ALD-52), and 1B-LSD are becoming LSD in alkaline environment.
